Carson Hager, President

Carson Hager is the president and founder of Cynergy. With a formal background in finance and management combined with a long career in software development, Carson now focuses on driving the company’s growth and developing the next generation of Cynergy leaders worldwide.

Dave Wolf, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Dave Wolf is Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Whether traveling around the world driving strategy and developing new business for the company or on the stump stateside talking to press, analysts and conferences, Dave delivers Cynergy's user experience thought-leadership far-and-wide.

In earlier lives, he held engineering and marketing management positions at Microsoft and Sybase, where he was responsible for enterprise software development and strategy. Officially based in Cynergy's Capitol Hill headquarters in Washington, DC he is on the road more than he is in the District, espousing Cynergy’s passion for devising incredible new ways for all of us to experience and interact with software. Keith O'Donnell, Vice President of Operations

Keith oversees operations here at Cynergy, responsible for accounting, legal, employee benefits and vendor relations. Known as our “Guy Who Does”, Keith also feeds our constant appetite for offices around the world as our lead in property management and development. When not opening unique spaces in Boston, Washington or London, you can find him knee deep in paperwork managing the financial aspect of our aggressive growth.

Before joining Cynergy Systems, Inc., he held executive positions with firms in numerous industries, including stints with other high tech firms and financial services firms. Aaron Adams, Director of User Experience

Aaron Adams leads the User Experience Group at Cynergy, an award-winning creative team that specializes in world-class user experience design. Using Cynergy's unique and proven LookFirst approach to Rich Internet Application development, Aaron's group drives the user experience design as well as information architecture facets of all Cynergy projects.

Prior to Cynergy, Aaron led product development and design for WorkLife Media, recognized as an Adobe MAX Award finalist for consumer-facing applications. Shawn Broxson, Director of Marketing

Shawn directs marketing at Cynergy, aggressively protecting our position as the global leader in RIA design and development. As the keeper of Cynergy's image to the outside world, Shawn is responsible for the Cynergy website and Cynergy TV properties as well as our public relations, video production and online marketing efforts. He also leads the charge for Cynergy's aggressive public appearances including Microsoft Mix, SD West, and O'Reilly Web 2.0 events.

With a decade of experience as a former director of sales and marketing for a prominent Washington DC based interactive agency and advertising director for global online marketer, Shawn now spends his days shouting through various channels about the value of Rich Internet Applications.
