Yes!!  the blog site is coming along, and along with it are emerging patterns of requests for us mgmt that will make event planning easier and
that will also make the blog a good resource for members, public, management and Eric.  The rhythm of asking for the same info and planning events using the same info will eventually make this event coordination (whether rehearsals or concerts or workshops) so smooth and quick you will have more time for singing:)

These requests will always be:

Event Scheduling  * can you think of any more??

1. Date of event
2. Location of event and maplink or Driving directions
   
3. Rate schedule/Ticket/Payment method/contact
4. Singers arrival time / Warmup location and time
5. Event Duration/Agenda
6. Carpooling options and contact
7. Billeting/Accommodations options and contact
8. Special info
   
9. (send this to Ally at least 14 days before event for website upload & our respective choir newsletters)

Advertising

1. Poster in jpeg, format (sent to Ally for website upload)
2. Post-event comments (i.e. Leon Bibb or members) sent to Ally for website upload
3. Press release/Media articles (either link to site or sent in a jpeg format for website upload)
   

Photos
Yay!! We have a central photo storage at photobucket (rather than flickr) that will be added to our new blogsite which the deadline for launch is March 10th.

In the meantime Deirdra and I will could use some help asking members to upload their photos to this account.
The pictures on Facebook can be uploaded to photobucket too.
