One of the reasons I chose to research this university is a no-brainer. It's an Ivy League with a great computer science department. There are so many computer science courses and you may apply for a 5-Year Baccalaureate/Master's Degree program or a Concurrent Baccalaureate/Master's Degree program. Brown also has a program called W.i.S.E (Women in Science and Engineering). It's got a beautiful campus and has strong programs in science and English and Psychology. Brown has an open curriculum and study abroad opportunities.
The only bad thing I've seen so far about Brown is that there are some classes taught by TAs. :(

The Brown Education Philosophy
"The purpose of the Brown Curriculum is to put your education in your hands.
It is designed to give you the freedom to explore, the freedom to focus, the freedom to take risks, the freedom to fail, and the freedom to succeed. It encourages and develops your inherent strengths and gives you the opportunity to discover new interests and passions.
As the architect of your own course of study, you will leave Brown with the intellectual tools that will allow you to adapt and succeed. Your education at Brown will be the foundation from which you engage the world."
“The various courses should be so arranged that, in so far as practicable, every student might study what he chose, all that he chose, and nothing but what he chose.”
— Brown President Francis Wayland, 1850
