Summary: Washingtgon insider's report Karl Rove has the sole key to the Oval. Better to keep it as a stationary backdrop. Less expensive than those landings on aircraft carriers or those "Plan for Victory" stage settings.

Pink flowers: For several years now, the same pink flowers appear in the background 'frame" of Bush at his desk. Framing at its best; either they're fake or those little guys creating reality know something about how effective consisent small 'pink' visual cues are in instilling a sense of:

  • "things'll be all right, afterall" or
  • "we can trust this guy, he's a softy at heart"

"W" on Day 1 in Oval Office: Maybe his dad just forgot to tell him?

Summary: The Two President Bushes
From:

For Truman it was that famous sign "The Buck Stops Here."

With JFK, it's the famous picture of his toddler JFK, Jr., peaking out from his hiding spot as his dad worked;

and for Clinton, it was the star-struck honor of sitting at this very same desk!

Whoa now! "W" still has time to appear as if he's working in the Oval....
