We are moving to a new state, or else we wouldn't be parting with our awesome space.

About 800 square feet. Well it is more, but something to do with gross vs usable, we just say around 800. The bathrooms (one with shower) and kitchenette are shared with 2 other companies on the same floor. Comes with a large storage unit in the basement for keeping all your stuff neat and tidy. Windows are large and open wide for fresh air. Landlord is great.

We just recently fixed up the office installing low-voltage lighting, wood floors and a bright paint job that does not quite display in the pictures as well as it looks in person. Our staff is mostly graphic artists, so the space was designed to inspire creativity, and we all feel it does the job perfectly.

The neighborhood is fantastic. Lots of places to eat and places to go (movies, ballpark, museums, etc…). Almost all the Bay’s mass transit can be caught within a couple blocks of the office so commuting is very easy. Lots of parking lots are nearby (nextdoor) and each of them have monthly parking available if you’re the driving type. Neighboring tenants are very nice and most of the time you would not even know they were there (actually, much of the time they aren’t there).

Our lease runs until April of 2008, and we would like to sublease to you until then. After that, the landlord will form a lease directly with you. The rent for the space and storage is $1750 a month. We can take the storage out of the rent and save you $150, but we prefer to rent them together.
