I don't mean to infer there is a huge difference between the quality of the two,but I did find that with two passes with each product that the edge was a bit sharper with the crosscut,and it lasted a bit longer.The sweet stick has smooth ceramic posts,while the crosscut has diamond coated posts.I liked my sweetstick,but now that I have used the crosscut I will stick with it.
