Summary: Duties/Responsibilities: The Senior Software Engineer will participate in the full development life cycle including: requirements analysis, design, code development, and implementation. They will be responsible for enhancement and sub system development. They must have object oriented development skills, superior communications abilities, be self-motivated and be able to multi-task effectively. Qualifications include: a minimum of 5 years of programming experience using Java or Swing toward successful implementations Minimum Requirements: Java programming skills, familiarity with Internet technology, 5 years Java programming experience, problem solving skills, specialization in a technical client/server area, good communication skills. Has ability to work in loosely-formed team environment. Is also able to work alone and successfully accomplish tasks which are not strictly defined. Has the ability to assimilate unknown technologies/applications and find possible solutions for a problem. English language knowledge and experience in verbal and written communication in English is essential.

Summary: Summary: Support, maintain, and enhance existing adapter products as needed. Develop new adapter products as determined by the Product Manager. Essential Job Functions: Learn webMethods technologies to enable effective support, maintenance, and enhancement of existing adapters. Take responsibility for certain adapters and respond to any and all inquiries as necessary. Learn how to use the ADK, adapter runtime, and webMethods tools to create new Java-based adapters. Follow the webMethods PLC and guidelines for all work – fixes, SPs, enhancements, and new work. Create design documents for all work. Work closely with other development team members, including developers/architects, QA testers, documentation writers, and Product Managers.
